Registration Procedures Sponsors requiring bus transportation for their student should bring a copy of the Form 600, Student Registration; to the Student Transportation Office to register for bus transportation. Sponsor will complete two STO documents for student record and receive copy of bus rules. The student needs to accompany parents to take photo for the issuance of bus pass. |
